Yes, this site has excellent customer service. Every email I have sent them asking about the status of my order or anything else about the dolls has always received a very prompt response. This was my first purchase of this doll and it arrived exactly as I ordered. I am still getting used to this doll and I am getting used to it little by little. But it is exactly what I ordered. I was worried it might be a scam, but it’s not.
